This privacy policy explains how Elkerton 365 Ltd and the applications we develop collect, use and protect your personal data.

1. Who We Are

Elkerton 365 Ltd is a software development company registered in England and Wales. We develop mobile applications and web services for businesses. This policy covers all apps published by Elkerton 365 Ltd, including ANT PT (developed for Anthony Pullen Personal Training Ltd).

2. Data We Collect

When you use our applications, we may collect:

• Name and email address (for your account)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
• Booking and usage history
• Device push notification token (to send you notifications)
• Device or other identifiers (for push notification delivery)
• Device location (for location-based features such as gym arrival reminders)

3. Location Data

Some of our apps use your device's location in the background to provide location-based features. For example, the ANT PT app uses geofencing to detect when you are within 100 metres of the gym and sends a local notification reminding you to check in.

Your location data is processed entirely on your device. It is not transmitted to our servers or shared with any third parties. You can disable location-based features at any time in the app's settings or by revoking location permission in your device settings.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide and manage your account and any associated memberships
• Allow you to book and manage sessions or appointments
• Send push notifications about bookings, reminders and updates
• Provide location-based features such as arrival reminders
• Process payments securely through Stripe

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following third-party services necessary to operate our apps:

• Stripe — for secure payment processing
• Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In — for authentication
• Expo Push Notifications — to deliver push notifications to your device

6. Data Security

All data transmitted between our apps and servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device. Payment data is handled by Stripe and never touches our servers.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. Upon request, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for location tracking at any time
• Disable push notifications via your device settings
